How can I get my organization in La Ventana?

To feature you organization's members in La Ventana, a representative from your organization needs to turn in an organization page contract (PDF) (available in the Student Media business office as well) to 103 Student Media building. Page contracts also can be faxed to (806) 742-2434. The deadline for the 2010 La Ventana has passed. Contact the editor for more details.

Pages are sold based on the number of members in the organization as the pages feature individual portraits. No organization will be allowed to take group photos. Information regarding the number of portraits on each page is listed on the contract.

Your organization is purchasing portrait pages - not content. Content pages cannot be purchased. On the back of the Organization Page Contract you will have a chance to list events your organization is hosting or participating in. The LV Editorial Board will use this information to determine possible features. Your organization can update this list at any time by phone (806) 742-3383 or e-mail us.
