To truly be a window into the life at Texas Tech, La Ventana strives to maintain comprehensive coverage of the student body. We cannot do this without your help. 

Organizations that purchase pages fill out an information sheet giving us their events during the year. Unless those organizations that do not purchase pages post their events on Tech Announce, we have no way of knowing what they are doing. To address this situation, we have set up an e-mail address for you to contact when your organization having an event. 

La Ventana cannot guarantee coverage of any event. We would like, however, to have all of our choices before we decide so we can determine which stories are most worthy of coverage. 

Please be as specific as possible when letting us know about an event. At the bare minimum, we need the date, time, place, what the event is, who is participating, what it is for and 3 contacts who will be present at the event.
